Measure yourself in 30 seconds

You need a soft tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Wear thin clothes and stand relaxed. Keep the tape snug, not tight.

  1. Chest / bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it level.
  2. Waist. Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Breathe out, then measure.
