Measure yourself in 30 seconds

You need a soft tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Wear thin clothes and stand relaxed. Keep the tape snug, not tight.

Chest / bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it level.
Waist. Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Breathe out, then measure.
Hips. Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Height. Stand against a wall without shoes, mark the top of your head, measure to the floor.
Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Planning to wear layers underneath? Measure over them.
