A 1/12 scale action figure is 13 to 16 cm (5.1 to 6.4 inches). Max Factory's figma Tanjiro Kamado is published at 135 mm; our EXTREME TOYS 1/12 Cyber Knight is 16.2 cm. Prize figures are a distribution category, not a scale. What about Nendoroid, POP UP PARADE and Q Posket sizes?

These are branded lines with fixed heights rather than scales. Nendoroids are about 10 cm (4 in) — our Nendoroid Jinx is listed at 100 mm. POP UP PARADE is standardised at roughly 17–18 cm (about 7 in); our POP UP PARADE Zero Two is 18 cm. Q Posket figures are around 14 cm (5–6 in).

How do you convert figure scale to cm and inches?

Two lines of arithmetic:

1. Height in cm = character's canonical height in cm ÷ scale denominator. A 165 cm character at 1/7 → 165 ÷ 7 = 23.6 cm.
2. Height in inches = cm ÷ 2.54 (or millimetres ÷ 25.4). 23.6 cm ÷ 2.54 = 9.3 in.

Two caveats the maths cannot capture: the published height usually includes the base, and a crouching or seated figure will measure well under the calculated number while a jumping pose with a tall base can measure well over it. That is why we list the actual measured height on the product page — use the calculation to set expectations, then check the listing.

Will a 1/7 figure fit an IKEA Kallax or Detolf?

Yes, comfortably. A KALLAX cube opening is 33 x 33 cm (that is the size of IKEA's own KALLAX inserts), so 1/12, 1/8, 1/7 and prize figures all clear it with headroom; a 1/6 at 35 cm does not, and a 1/4 is not close. A DETOLF glass cabinet fitted with all four shelves gives roughly 37–38 cm (about 15 in) of clearance per level — collector-measured, since IKEA does not publish the shelf spacing — which fits everything up to 1/6 but still rules out a 1/4. Measure your shelf's internal height, then add 2–3 cm for tall bases, weapons and dynamic hair before you order.
