Naruto Figures 2026: Funko Pop vs Banpresto vs S.H.Figuarts, and What Team 7 Actually Costs

Naruto has been running long enough that "buy a Naruto figure" is not one decision, it is four. The same character exists as a $21.99 vinyl Pop, a $36.99 non-articulated prize figure, a $49.99 play-line action figure and a $137.99 collector piece with swappable faces — and the boxes do a poor job of explaining which one you are looking at. This guide sorts our entire Naruto collection (36 items) into those four tiers, prices each one, and tells you where the tier boundaries are actually worth crossing.

Two numbers up front, because they shape everything below. A complete Team 7 in S.H.Figuarts costs $157.97 here — and we do not carry a Kakashi figure at any price, in any line. If your shelf goal is the full Team 7 with their sensei, we would rather you knew that in paragraph two than after checkout.

The Four Tiers, and What Each One Costs

Every Naruto figure we sell sits in one of these. The tier decides the price far more than the character does.

• Funko Pop! vinyl — $21.99 to $32.00 for a single. Stylised, non-articulated, roughly 3¾ inches, window display box, shipped in a Pop Protector. This is the biggest tier by a wide margin and it is where the deep-cut characters live.
• Banpresto x Bandai Vibration Stars prize figures — $36.99 to $37.99. PVC and ABS, approximately 7 inches, painted, non-articulated, one fixed dynamic pose. Four characters available.
• Bandai Anime Heroes Beyond — $49.99. An 8-inch articulated action figure with 16+ points of articulation and effect parts. One figure in this tier.
• S.H.Figuarts — $43.99 to $137.99. Tamashii Nations' collector-grade articulated line: interchangeable faces, multiple hand pairs, effect parts. Six figures.

Now the detail that actually changes what you buy.

The $6.00 Gap Nobody Mentions

The most expensive prize figure here is the Vibration Stars Uzumaki Naruto at $37.99, a 7-inch Banpresto piece in a single fixed pose. The cheapest S.H.Figuarts here is the Shippuden Naruto Uzumaki at $43.99, which ships with three left and four right optional hands, four optional expressions, a kunai, a Rasengan effect part and crossed-arm parts.

That is a $6.00 difference between "one pose forever" and "a figure you can re-pose and re-face whenever you want." If you are hovering at the top of the prize tier for the same character, crossing into S.H.Figuarts is the single best-value move in this entire catalogue. The prize tier earns its money on characters S.H.Figuarts never made — not on Naruto himself.

The exception is size. The Vibration Stars pieces are approximately 7 inches; the young Naruto S.H.Figuarts measures approximately 5⅓ inches and Orochimaru stands just under 6. Team 7, and the Kakashi-Shaped Hole

The most common Naruto shelf goal is Team 7. Here is exactly what it costs in S.H.Figuarts, using the Shippuden-era sculpts so the three match:

• Naruto Uzumaki (The Jinchuriki Entrusted With Hope) — $43.99. Three left and four right optional hands, four expressions, kunai, Rasengan effect, crossed-arm parts.
• Sakura Haruno (Inheritor of Tsunade's Indomitable Will) — $54.99. Three left and two right optional hands, four expressions, hand effect parts.
• Sasuke Uchiha (He Who Bears All Hatred) — $58.99. Three expressions, five pairs of optional hands, sword, scabbard, half-drawn sword and a Chidori effect part.

That is $157.97 for the three of them. All three use the line's newer joint technology, so they pose consistently next to each other.

What we cannot sell you is Kakashi. There is no Kakashi Hatake figure in our catalogue in any line — not S.H.Figuarts, not Vibration Stars, not Funko. If completing the squad matters more than starting it, buy the three now and source Kakashi elsewhere rather than waiting for us. We would rather lose that one sale than have you buy three figures on the assumption the fourth is a click away.

Chase Bundles: What the Chase Actually Costs You

Four Naruto characters here are sold two ways — a non-chase single, and a "chase bundle" containing one chase and one non-chase. Because the bundle includes the ordinary Pop you could buy on its own, the difference between the two prices is what the chase variant costs you. That is checkable arithmetic, so here it is done:

• Himawari Uzumaki — chase costs $13.95. Non-chase $28.00 vs chase bundle $41.95.
• Hidan — chase costs $16.95. Non-chase $25.00 vs chase bundle $41.95.
• Hinata with Twin Lion Fists — chase costs $29.95. Non-chase $30.00 vs chase bundle $59.95. Both ship in a 0.36mm EcoTek Pop Protector.
• Naruto Uzumaki Kurama Link Mode — chase costs $40.95. Non-chase $28.00 vs chase bundle $68.95.

Read that spread again: the same thing — one chase Pop — ranges from $13.95 to $40.95 depending on the character. That is scarcity pricing in the Funko secondary market, not a quality difference, and it is not a discount. If you want Kurama Link Mode Naruto on the shelf and do not specifically want the chase sculpt, the $28.00 single is the same figure everyone else sees. Worth knowing before you buy any Pop, from us or anyone: Funko does not treat minor paint or packaging imperfections as defects, and neither the manufacturer nor we can accept a return for minor flaws or light box damage. That is stated plainly on those listings rather than buried, and it is the one genuine risk in the cheap tier.

The Best Value in Each Tier

Under $30 — the Boruto generation. The two cheapest figures in the whole collection are Kawaki #1036 and Cho-Cho #1037 at $21.99 each. For oddities, the Naruto Shippuden x Hello Kitty and Friends Chococat #1018 is $28.00.

The Pops worth paying over the odds for. Naruto Baryon Mode at $27.95 is a glow-in-the-dark 6-inch Pop, the oversized format rather than the standard one — it is physically a bigger figure than the $30 singles around it. Sarada with Sharingan ($30.00) is also glow-in-the-dark. Straight exclusives at $30.00 to $32.00 include Obito Uchiha Unmasked, Neji Hyuga and Madara Uchiha. The standard Might Guy Pop! is $28.00, approximately 3¾ inches in a window display box with an EcoTek Protector.

Prize tier — the Shikamaru argument. Nara Shikamaru Ver. A at $36.99 is a 7-inch PVC and ABS Banpresto piece, and Shikamaru does not exist here in any other line. That is the prize tier doing its actual job: characters the collector lines skipped. Same for Boruto Uzumaki at $36.99, standing over 5 inches mid-Rasengan. The play-and-display middle. Naruto Tailed Beast Cloak ($49.99) is an 8-inch Anime Heroes Beyond figure with 16+ points of articulation, two sets of interchangeable hands, character-specific accessories and effect parts. It is the only figure here designed to be handled rather than only displayed — the right answer if the shelf belongs to a younger collector.

The top of the catalogue. Naruto Uzumaki [Kurama Link Mode] at $137.99 is the most expensive figure we carry, with four facial expression parts, hand parts with attached tailed-beast spheres, spiral shuriken deathblow effect parts and a large spiral chakra sphere, plus flexible clothing parts for the pose range. Orochimaru (Seeker of Immortality) at $81.99 includes the Sword of Kusanagi, Hidden Shadow Snake Hands, three expressions, five pairs of hands, a crossed-arm part — and a spare Sasuke Uchiha head.

Shipping, Returns and the Threshold Maths

Shipping is free over $70 on US and international orders (free over $199 to the Africa zone), with flat rates below that and tracked shipping on every order. That threshold lands awkwardly on this catalogue in a way worth planning around: the three cheapest Pops together come to $68.98 — $1.02 short. Meanwhile a single Sasuke S.H.Figuarts at $58.99 also misses it, but Sasuke plus any $21.99 Pop reaches $80.98 and clears. If you are building a multi-figure shelf anyway, ordering together rather than one at a time is free money. Delivery can take up to 30 days, so order well ahead of a birthday or a convention.

Returns are 30 days from receiving your item.
