Shipping policy

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed.

We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia, etc. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 10–25 business days (about 2–5 weeks) from the day you order — typically around 3 weeks.

That breaks down as:

• Processing & dispatch: 3–10 business days. We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier. Costumes, wigs and other made-to-order items are produced after you order and need 7–10 working days of production before dispatch; this is noted on those product pages.
• Transit: 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

We ship worldwide from partner warehouses in China, Europe and the United States, and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location. Delivery time therefore depends on your country and on customs clearance. We cannot guarantee delivery times on international shipments, because customs inspection times differ by country and are outside our control. Weather, flight capacity and peak seasons (Halloween, Lunar New Year) can add time.

Our guarantee: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email mail@magicstories.co and we will refund or replace it — no 90-day wait.
