Ready to Ship FAQs

What does "Ready to Ship" mean? Every item in this collection is listed as in stock, so there is no pre-order wait. It does not mean same-day shipping: most orders arrive within 10–25 business days (about 2–5 weeks), made up of 3–10 business days to prepare and dispatch, then 7–15 business days in transit. Delivery time depends on destination and customs clearance.

How is this different from a pre-order? Pre-order figures are reserved ahead of a future release date and can take weeks or months to arrive. Everything in Ready to Ship is already in stock, so there is no wait for a release date; delivery follows the same 3–10 business days to prepare and dispatch, then 7–15 business days in transit.

What is your return policy? Every order is covered by a 30-day return window. If an item isn't right, you can start a return within 30 days of delivery, and we pay the return label.
