Measure yourself in 30 seconds
You need a soft tape (or a piece of string and a ruler). Wear thin clothes and stand relaxed. Keep the tape snug, not tight.
- Chest / bust. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep it level.
- Waist. Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel. Breathe out, then measure.
- Hips. Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Height. Stand against a wall without shoes, mark the top of your head, measure to the floor.
- Between two sizes? Take the larger one. Planning to wear layers underneath? Measure over them.
