We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your merchandise to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 10–25 business days (about 2–5 weeks) from the day you order — typically around 3 weeks. That's 3–10 business days to prepare & dispatch, then 7–15 business days in transit. Delivery time depends on your destination and customs clearance, which we cannot guarantee on international shipments.

Note: Weather, flights and peak seasons can occasionally add time. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email mail@magicstories.co and we will refund or replace it.
